After almost a decade working in pharmaceutical market research, I founded Wendel Ethnographic Research in 2007 out of the belief that healthcare market research could be done differently. Trained as an anthropologist, I often felt the more complex questions that my clients needed answered could not be fully addressed with only traditional market research tools. My goal is to bring an ethnographic approach, grounded in anthropological models and methods, to provide the industry with newer, more comprehensive ways of viewing their customers and the practices, behaviors and beliefs that shape their worlds.
